1. Summary
SuperActionArena collects as little personal information as it can to run the website, your User Area and the game. This policy describes what we collect, why, who helps us process it and how you can control it, in line with the data-protection and consumer laws that apply to you.
2. Information we collect
| What | When | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | You sign up or sign in to the User Area | Sending your magic link and keeping your reserved Welcome Offer, team and rewards on your account |
| Name, email address and message | You send the contact form | Answering your question |
| Match results, roster and in-game items | You play after launch | Saving progress, standings and delivering rewards |
| Device, browser and usage data | You browse, only after accepting cookies | Analytics and measuring our advertising |
We never ask for payment card details, government ID numbers or sensitive personal data.
3. Why we may use it
- Providing the website, the User Area and the game, including delivering offers you claim (necessary to perform our agreement with you).
- Answering messages and sending service emails such as sign-in links (performing our agreement, or our legitimate interest in replying).
- Measuring how the website is used and how our advertising performs (only with your consent).
- Preventing fraud and duplicate offer claims (our legitimate interest).
Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and each one carries an unsubscribe link.
4. Advertising measurement
Once you accept cookies, we may share limited data with advertising partners such as Google and Meta to see which campaigns bring players to the league. If an email address is part of that, it is hashed (converted into an irreversible code) before it leaves your browser or our systems, and only with your consent.
5. Processors and transfers abroad
Hosting, email delivery and analytics are handled by service providers working on our instructions. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires it, those transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We don’t sell personal information.
6. Security and how long we keep data
Access is restricted to people who need it, and data is encrypted in transit. Magic links work once and expire shortly after sending. We keep information only for as long as the purposes above require, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, object to or limit certain uses, and withdraw consent at any time. Send your request through the contact form. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
8. Cookies
The browser storage and cookies we use are listed in our Cookie Policy.
9. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page.
